These postcard designs explore the concept of the multi disciplinary practices of the York University with various textures, typefaces, colors and shapes. The BDes program offers different pathways and has varying areas of studies. Design is also seen as the intersection between arts and technology so this was implemented into the composition. The paper texture compliments the chrome elements and provides visual interest. The tagline highlights the program’s excellence in being front of the line in design education and expertise. Creativity is shown through the dynamic placement of the background letters and their positioning as well as vibrant, vivid colours.
